Where are you located?

We are located at 3661 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. Our entrance is on the side of Fred’s Pizza.

How much does it cost to throw axes?

An indoor double lane (also called: station) costs $25 per person for a group of 2. Groups of 3-6 cost $22.50 per person.

Do I have to reserve a spot?

Yes, online reservations are currently required. We can not accept walk-ins due to Covid-19 guidelines and having limited space.

Why can’t I reserve a single lane?

Here at Target Axe, we pride ourselves on safety and comfort. By booking in stations, your group has room to spread out and move, while a divider keeps you safe.

What should I wear?

We require participants to wear closed-toed shoes and no high heels. We also recommend you wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in. Everyone who is not fully vaccinated must wear a mask.

How old do you need to be to throw axes?

You must be at least 12 years old to participate and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. People of all ages are welcome to spectate!

Can I bring my own food?

Water is allowed. Target Axe Throwing offers non-alcoholic drinks.

Is alcohol allowed?

No! There is a zero tolerance policy for anyone bringing alcohol or drugs onto the property. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be inebriated.

What should I bring with me?

Everything that you need to throw axes will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We would be sad to see you can’t make it, but you are able to cancel. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation we cannot guarantee a refund.

Can I bring my own axe?

Definitely! The axes provided by Target Axe Throwing will do the job, but if you have a personal throwing axe you can bring it with you! We only ask that personal axes be between 12 and 18 inches in length, have a single 3 or 4 inch blade, and have a cover to put over the head when not in use. All axes are subject to approval by Target Axe Throwing.
